U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham now has an arrest warrant on his head and will have to be very careful not to stick his feet abroad as more and more countries join the BRICS. The Russian Federation should issue more arrest warrants against other Representatives of the US ruling class who have slandered and insulted Putin and all Russians in recent months.
