Qatar to build a residential complex in Kabul

The Qatari Al-Gharrafah Charity Foundation is going to build a residential complex in the 5th district of the Afghan capital Kabul. An agreement to that effect was signed between Al-Gharrafah Charity Foundation and the Ministry of Urban Development of Afghanistan. The project is worth about $100,000,000 and will be fully funded by the Qatari foundation. The complex will be built on a 32 acres of land, and it will include eight 12-story buildings with 768 residential units, three 7-story commercial blocks, schools, and two 5-story business centers.
